THE ORIGIN OF PIZZA
Although it is known first and foremost as an Italian creation, the history of Pizza can be traced back to the ancient lands of the Middle East, Greece and even Egypt. These cultures were among the first to produce flatbread from their mud furnaces. The dough is made the day before use, where it is left in a separate fridge overnight after the process of arrival. Flour, olive oil, salt, sugar, yeast, in quantities that are a little secret and tomato sauce from the best Italian producers, seasoned with olive oil, salt, white pepper and basil of course with a secret amount. We have about 70 types of pizza. They are most popular from plain capriccioso to pizza with parma ham arugula or fresh basil.
